Asthma Sufferers Benefit From Domestic Air Conditioning

Lots of people are asthmatic now a days and this can be attributed to having carpets rather than floor tiles or hardwood oak flooring and other home improvements like central heating.  Home comforts like these produce the perfect breeding ground for dust mites.  Pollution, pollen and dust mite droppings in the air trigger asthma.

Air purifiers sometimes help asthmatics and their condition because they remove allergens from the air in an enclosed space.  Air purifiers help to filter dog hairs, pollen, pollution and more from the atmosphere.  Air purifiers work well but the room they’re in needs to be regularly cleaned with good ventilation to have beneficial effects.
When we think of air conditioning we usually think of cars, planes and server room air conditioning.
Research has shown that domestic air conditioning helps asthma sufferers to control their environment and help their condition.  Domestic air conditioning allows consistant environmental conditions to be maintained that reduces humidity, which also controls the number of dust mites and mould.  Often air conditioning units can cost a lot to repair but as long as you have frequent air conditioning maintenance they should be alright.  If you have asthma then you should look into air conditioning installation and replacing your carpet with floor tiles as it will help improve your asthma
